How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets one month of full access — every module, every report, every backup. No card needed. After the trial you can pick a plan or continue with read-only access.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Money Track never sees or stores your card or UPI details. Every successful payment ships a GST invoice you can download as PDF.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no auto-renewals — each payment buys one cycle (6 / 12 / 24 months). If you do not renew, premium write features simply pause; nothing is charged.

Is GST invoice provided?
Yes — every paid plan generates a serially-numbered GST invoice you can download as PDF. Useful for business expense claims or input tax credit.
Is my data private?
Yours alone. Money Track is a single-user account model — no shared dashboards, no ad tracking, no data sold to third parties. Export your full database as JSON whenever you want.
What if my plan expires?
Your data stays open for reading and exporting — only adding, editing, and deleting are paused until you renew. Nothing is lost.
Can I use Money Track on mobile?
Yes — Money Track is mobile-first responsive. Add to home screen on iOS / Android for an app-like experience. Native apps coming in 2026.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in encrypted databases on infrastructure located in India. Daily encrypted backups are kept for restore safety.
Do you offer team / family plans?
Not yet — Money Track is currently a single-user app. Multi-user accounts are on our roadmap for 2026.
